Scientifically -Based, Natural Protocols.

At Second Brain Immunity, we take an individualized approach to biomedical care for children with autism and related developmental challenges. Based in Marietta, Georgia, Dr. Angela Karvounis works directly with families in person and virtually, using each child’s history and, when appropriate, specialized testing to guide a personalized plan. Our practice stays intentionally small, allowing time to listen, answer questions, and support families as they navigate each step of their child’s care.

Our Approach

  • Set up a consultation with Dr. Angela Karvounis—this will allow you to discuss your child’s history, answer your questions, and see if this approach is the right fit. (30 Minutes)

  • History Intake & Lab Strategy—When you are ready to get started, a thorough process to understand your child’s full story and decide which specialized tests will be most useful—and always working within your family’s budget. (2 Hours—Virtual Appointment)

Understanding Your Child

Specialized Lab Testing

Once testing results are completed, we review it together and begin a carefully designed protocol. (1-2 Hours—Office Visit)

Many children are sensitive to supplements. Adding several at once can make it hard to know what’s helping. We introduce changes carefully and watch closely so the process stays clear and manageable.

  • Protocols are tailored to your child’s needs.

  • We introduce one supplement at a time and monitor closely.

  • You can reach Dr. Angela by text or through the Healthie app (both HIPAA protected).

  • All parents under our care receive 35% off Fullscript supplements (Fullscript carries some of the cleanest, highest-quality supplements available).

  • We offer 3 different Protocol Plans so each family can choose the level of support that fits their child’s needs.
