Thank you for choosing Second Brain Immunity and for trusting Dr. Angela with your child. Taking this step takes courage, and you don’t have to figure it out alone anymore. Below is everything you need to know, so you can read it at your own pace and come back to it anytime.

Before you begin
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
Dr. Angela takes the time to learn your child’s story, and you’ll never be rushed. Getting started is called your intake: one price, $700, with no payment due until you complete the forms and schedule your first appointment. Each step is explained below.
Send the short sign-up form
The short sign-up form is at the bottom of this page. It only asks for your name, your child’s name, and your email.
Next, we email you your new-family forms. These are separate from the sign-up form: your consent forms and your child’s health history. The health history is the long one. It is detailed (it takes about 2 hours, and you can do it at your own pace). A computer or iPad is easiest.
When your health history and consent forms are done, we email you a scheduling link for your phone visit. That link comes later, by email. It is not the form on this page.

Talk with Dr. Angela by phone
You talk with Dr. Angela by phone for about 2 hours, from home, at the time you picked.
She goes over your child’s history and any lab results you already have. Some children need more time, and they are never rushed.

A phone call lets you speak freely, with your notes in front of you. Video is available if you need it.
Dr. Angela keeps studying your child’s history
After the call, Dr. Angela keeps going over everything you shared. For complex cases, she may spend up to 3 days, and there is no extra charge for that time.
Share what you already have
Send any labs from other doctors, and tell Dr. Angela which supplements your child already takes.
She reviews them as part of your intake. What you have already done is part of your child’s story.
Labs show where to start
Labs show where to start, so Dr. Angela is not guessing. She looks for the root cause behind what you are seeing.
If she orders more labs, Dr. Angela goes over the results with you at your first office visit.

All lab kits ship to your home, so testing never needs an office trip. Urine tests are collected at home. For blood work, someone can come to your home to draw blood, or you can use your local hospital. Dr. Angela goes over every kit with you.
Lab costs are paid by you, separate from our fees. Dr. Angela works within your family’s budget when choosing tests.
Come meet Dr. Angela at the Marietta office
Dr. Angela meets your family at our office in Marietta. The first visit is about 1.5 hours, and it is part of your intake. She goes over your labs with you.

Weekend visits are available by appointment. Return visits are about 1 hour.
Your child’s plan
At your office visit, Dr. Angela gives you your child’s plan, built from their history and labs.
We make one change at a time, so you can see what is helping and your child is not overwhelmed.
Steps 1 to 7 are your intake: one price, $700.
Monthly care begins after, with step 8.
Monthly visits with Dr. Angela
After your intake, care continues with regular visits with Dr. Angela. Life with kids is busy, so most families choose phone calls they can take from anywhere: home, work, or the car line. Office visits are always welcome too. You choose the monthly plan that fits your child, and you can change or pause it anytime. Plans start at $200 a month, and there is no monthly fee until the 1st of the month after your office visit.

Over time, Dr. Angela rechecks labs and adjusts your child’s plan to track progress. She also coordinates with your child’s pediatrician and therapists, so everyone is working together.

50% off a sibling’s intake, and sibling monthly care at no extra charge.
If you are coming from another biomedical or integrative doctor
Add $150 for Dr. Angela’s review of past testing, supplements and previous doctor notes.
Reactivation visit: $300
For families who have been out of active care for 3 months or more.
Texting with Dr. Angela
Texting is part of the Monthly Care plan, once monthly care begins: Monday to Friday, 7 AM–10 PM, with a reply within 3 hours. It works in your phone’s regular text messages through Spruce Health, a HIPAA-compliant service for medical practices. The Monthly Check-In plan does not include texting.
